Veja se configurou tudo correto.

Como me disse, usa o trypolin.
Por isso não está funfando, tem que usar vicio ou qualquer emulador swift.

Se persistir mude seu emulador pra o swift ou compre egypt.

Você está ligando em SEU PC, ou a cms está hospedada em outro local, tipo no CPanel.

Caso você esteja usando hospedagem : lembre-se que a host e user são diferentes ,
