Neve no habbo

Eu queria saber como eu faço para colocar neve no meu habbo sem que desconfigure algo, porque quando eu coloco neve, a caixinha da senha fica pequena.

OBS: A página DEVE ser em HTML, em hipótese alguma modifique para PHP, ou JS.
