500 Internal Server Error

olha pessoal, fui hospedar o meu hotel no cpanel pro 1.0 (RC1) , Versão Apache 2.2.21, Versão cPanel 11.30.2 (build 1), Versão PHP 5.3.8, e quando eu entro no site aparece assim:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Alguém pode me ajudar, ouvi falar que é no .htaccess, mas tentei de todo jeito e nada. please help.

Entre no painel via FileZilla e altere as permissões de todos os arquivos para "777" e poste resultados.
