C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Crie um arquivo chamado "hosts", sem extensão.
abra ele com o notepad e insira isso dentro:

Bom, abra o Bloco de notas cole o código que eu lhe passei e na hora de salvar escreva "hosts" no nome do arquivo, e em tipo você bota todos arquivos e salva.
Obs.: O nome do aquivo tem que ter as aspas.
