PS: configurei corretamente o emulador.

Baixei a DB juntamente com o emulador. Não é compatibilidade não! nem má configuração.

pode existir a possibilidade de algum agente como o anti-vírus ou firewall que esteja bloqueando a conexão.

Amigo Desative seu firewall , se não resulta recomendo você trocar a database.

Já troquei db, desativei anti-vírus, firewall e nada! Antes pegava de boa não sei o que houve foi depois que reeinstalei o meu hotel do 0 e o xampp '-'

vá na pasta htdocs do xamp , comfira seus arquivos para ver se esta tudo correto !

O meu tá a mesma coisa já reecriei o meu duas vezes fiz um com Apple server e outro com xampp e os dois estavam com o mesmo erro do emulador...

Instale o ODBC MySQL connector e veja se tem resultados.
